Revenue Operations Manager
Own revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success, connecting GTM systems, handoffs, forecasting, reporting, and lifecycle metrics. The role requires 5–7 years of B2B software operations experience, CRM and CS platform expertise, and strong analytical and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership on business operations and goals.
- Support territory and account planning, quota setting, capacity modeling, and GTM planning, including segmentation and coverage models.
- Build renewal and expansion forecasts; identify at-risk accounts and revenue early.
- Own and improve CRM and Customer Success platform architecture and data integrity across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and maintain Sales-to-CS handoff processes, including quote-to-cash, onboarding, QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
- Eliminate manual processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
- Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, retention, churn, expansion, and customer health.
- Define and track metrics such as quota attainment, ARR by segment, gross and net retention, time-to-value, and renewal rates.
- Deliver business reviews and ad hoc analysis with clear operational recommendations.
- Coordinate consistent definitions, data, and reporting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Train Sales and Customer Success teams on tools, process changes, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations at a B2B software company selling to enterprise or technical buyers.
- Experience at a growth-stage technology company focused on networking, security, infrastructure, or platform software.
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms and designing processes across them.
- Experience supporting both new-business sales and post-sale renewals and expansions.
- Ability to build reliable reporting and dashboards.
- Strong AI and modeling skills, with the ability to work directly with data.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Bias toward simplifying and fixing broken processes.
Compensation
- Expected base pay: $175,000–$200,000 per year.
