Learning Experiences Creator

Responsibilities

• Create clear, accurate, plain-language documentation and learning content, including help articles, FAQs, tutorials, getting-started paths, courses, short-form videos, microlearning, interactive walkthroughs, GIFs, and in-product tips.
• Own the content lifecycle: perform freshness reviews, update content for product launches, and retire stale or inaccurate material.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar based on customer needs, reader feedback, support-ticket data, and product priorities.
• Improve content findability through effective titles, tagging, structure, search optimization, and AI-assistant discoverability.
• Measure and improve reader engagement, completion and watch-through, self-service resolution, ticket deflection, activation, and CSAT.
• Maintain a consistent, human voice across documentation, learning, and video.
• Collaborate with technical customer education, learning experience, documentation, product, and launch teams.
• Experiment with new formats and AI-assisted content and production workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating learning content used by people to learn a product, with a portfolio spanning at least two formats, including written content.
• Excellent plain-language writing skills with the ability to make complex topics clear, engaging, and approachable.
• Strong storytelling skills across written, video, and interactive formats, including hooks, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Capability producing short-form video, on or off camera, using AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to learn products quickly and explain technical concepts accurately without necessarily being a developer.
• Experience defining success metrics and optimizing content based on data and customer feedback.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Developer or product documentation experience, including docs-as-code or Markdown-based platforms.
• Experience with Replit or other AI-native build and content tools.
• Instructional design knowledge.
• Search, discoverability, or content optimization experience.
• Experience managing a content channel, editorial calendar, or creator program with an audience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $113,000–$148,000 annually, plus equity.
