Responsibilities
- Manage oversight of Column’s Fintech Partners: Ensure effective ongoing oversight processes by reviewing key program metrics to identify trends, outliers or key risk indicators that require further investigation.
- Evaluate partnership expansions. Work with our business team to manage fintech partnership expansions, collaborating with internal SMEs to evaluate and document key risk and compliance considerations.
- Architect new processes: Identify inefficiencies and build new, high-velocity processes as our partnership footprint expands.
- Drive intelligence and reporting: Deliver high-impact metrics and briefings to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, providing the data needed to make critical business decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-growth environments, including management consulting, financial regulatory agency, financial services and/or fintech
- Ability to jump into new situations, master them quickly, and solve problems with minimal friction
- Disciplined approach to managing complex workstreams and the ability to navigate high-pressure priorities across multiple teams and projects
- Scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude - we thrive because we work harder, are more creative, and have zero ego when it comes to getting our hands dirty to build a business
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with the banking and fintech industries is preferred, but not required - an interest in finance, risk, and technology, however, is a must
- Excitement about working in a fast-paced, deeply cross-functional space
Compensation
- Annual base salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 + equity
