Operations Associate
Early-career associates rotate through three six-month assignments across business, finance, legal, compliance, and R&D functions at a quantitative investment firm. The program emphasizes high-impact projects, executive exposure, mentorship, and eventual permanent placement.

Responsibilities
- Complete three six-month rotations across business functions, including Client Service, HR, Fund Finance, Business Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Data Strategy, and Portfolio Management Operations.
- Take on high-impact project work within each rotation.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and gain regular exposure to the executive team on firm priorities.
- Assume increasing responsibility based on demonstrated ability.
- Contribute to the program through leadership opportunities, recruiting, and learning and development programming.

Requirements
- Current bachelor's or master's student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.
- Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Genuine curiosity about how a quantitative investment firm operates; finance experience is not required.
- Demonstrated ambition, ownership, and experience building, leading, or fixing something.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort turning ambiguity into structure and managing multiple workstreams with high attention to detail.
