Responsibilities
- Recruit experts into the network by identifying relevant communities, building relationships, and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Design and operate expert hiring processes, including domain-specific screening rubrics, assessments, and automation.
- Manage the expert network day to day: onboard experts, schedule project assignments, cover dropouts, check work quality, run payment cycles, and answer support inquiries.
- Build tooling to automate applications, qualification, scheduling, scoring, payments, reporting, and communication.
- Organize payroll tasks, compliance documentation, and account provisioning and removal.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in an operationally intense environment, or an exceptional record as a new graduate.
- Ability and enthusiasm to build tools with AI assistance; professional engineering experience is not required, but you must be able to read documentation and implement working solutions independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort.
- Scrappiness, sound judgment, independence, resourcefulness, and meticulous attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building a community or earning a place in an established community.
- Experience throwing events or hosting gatherings.
- Background in a high-pressure, metrics-driven field such as consulting or banking.
