Responsibilities
- Analyze adoption and usage data across accounts to identify drivers of transformation, gaps, and opportunities.
- Build models, dashboards, and impact analyses using structured data.
- Develop reusable playbooks, templates, frameworks, and transformation methodologies.
- Capture lessons learned from strategic engagements into stakeholder maps, workflow analyses, tracking, and repeatable materials.
- Support live client engagements, own discrete workstreams, and grow toward end-to-end engagement ownership.
- Create executive-ready narratives, presentations, and one-pagers for senior partners, General Counsel, and internal leadership.
- Coordinate inputs and execution across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success; surface risks and keep work on track.
- Synthesize engagement learnings into internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
- Travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent.
- Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills.
- Advanced comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and structuring messy data into actionable insights.
- Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
- Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work, ideally in legal, financial services, or professional services.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on professional work.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
- SQL experience.
Compensation
- $116,000–$159,500 USD annually.
