Executive Operations Associate, Office of the CEO

Responsibilities

  • Own unfamiliar, multi-step requests from initiation through completion, including urgent travel and visa needs, meeting preparation, business research, and strategic projects.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meeting preparation, personal logistics, priorities, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate thoughtful, precise experiences for candidates, customers, investors, board members, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Research stakeholders, support introductions, coordinate outreach, and maintain persistent follow-up.
  • Build trackers, workflows, briefing materials, daily priority summaries, meeting-preparation standards, and follow-up systems for the Office of the CEO.
  • Identify recurring friction and improve processes.
  • Coordinate with founders’ associates, executives, employees, and external vendors to establish ownership and keep projects moving without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or approximately 0–3 years of experience.
  • Strong record of academic, professional, entrepreneurial, or extracurricular achievement.
  • High agency, resourcefulness, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential information and interacting with senior executives.
  • Ability to move between strategic projects and hands-on logistics.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly.
  • Low-ego, service-oriented approach with ambition and desire to grow.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with an evolving playbook.
  • Fluency with AI tools and an instinct for using technology to improve work.
  • Ability to work from the San Francisco office.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000–$140,000, depending on experience, location, and level.
