Operations Associate
The Operations Associate manages healthcare schedules, care coordination, workflows, and service-line performance while partnering across Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams. Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, optimize workflows, and streamline care coordination for a seamless patient experience.
- Analyze market and clinical best practices to identify operational improvements and contribute to the strategic roadmap.
- Partner with teams responsible for acquiring and retaining patients to ensure high-quality, timely care.
- Track service-line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven efficiency improvements.
- Use SQL and other tools to analyze provider KPIs, measure impact, and guide decisions.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams on operational initiatives and provider and patient concerns.
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and EHR requirements, while improving internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work full-time in the San Francisco, California office.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually.
