Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on their highest-priority projects.
- Own discrete projects across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring from start to finish.
- Conduct research, analysis, and preparation for major decisions, including board materials, hiring plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Take ownership of urgent, undefined tasks and complete them independently.
- Handle operational and administrative work that keeps the company running smoothly.
- Own follow-ups and coordination, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and flagging issues proactively.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a fast-growing startup, VC firm, or similarly high-intensity environment.
- Bias toward action and ability to work without a perfect brief.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, high ambition, and willingness to handle whatever work is needed.
- Mission orientation, trustworthiness, and discretion.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive communication style.
