What you'll do
Own a new vertical end-to-end: define and size the market, drive the features to completion, and launch the GTM motion to tackle it
Talk to operators in person: spend time in stores to understand what matters to them
Build the roadmap: translate field research into a concrete, sequenced feature plan with engineering
Land the first pilots: find and close 5+ pilot clients in your industry to prove the market
Define the GTM strategy: identify the channels, partners, and events that matter
Requirements
2+ years in consulting, banking, or an equivalent field that has helped you develop strong communication and prioritization skills
Based in the SF Bay Area and comfortable working from our office 4 days per week
Excited to get out there because all the good learning happens from being with the customer
Excellent communication able to synthesize messy field research into clear, defensible roadmaps
Working through rejection because many prospects will say no
Curiosity about overlooked, traditional industries
Bonus
Familiarity with building materials, construction supply, or other hardline industries
Experience with vertical SaaS
A track record of cold outreach producing real outcomes (interviews, deals, partnerships)
