Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day customer relationships, participate in discovery, synthesize feedback, and set expectations.
- Contribute to product definition, scope refinement, use-case identification, problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics.
- Translate customer needs into requirements, PRDs, engineering plans, workflows, edge cases, and evaluation criteria for AI systems.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple AI products by tracking progress, aligning stakeholders, running execution rhythms, and proactively flagging risks.
- Support early-stage customer and sales conversations, identify pain points, sketch solution approaches, and spot expansion opportunities.
- Drive rollout, enablement, change management, adoption, and long-term customer impact.
- Provide judgment and clarity when requirements are ambiguous or priorities change.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product, consulting, or implementations; demonstrated ownership is valued over job-title labels.
- Customer-facing experience managing projects under pressure and navigating stressed customers or misaligned stakeholders.
- Experience building and shipping products with engineers and designers across multiple cycles.
- Ability to run stand-ups, planning, tracking, retrospectives, and other execution processes effectively.
- Strong structured problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and ability to translate between executive and engineering audiences.
- Bias for action, ownership, and willingness to handle hands-on tasks such as SQL queries, support documentation, or executive demos.
- Comfort with ambiguity, intensity, multiple customers, and incomplete information.
- Strong reasoning, curiosity about AI, and willingness to learn quickly and use AI tools extensively.
