Technical Product Manager
Owns strategy, prototyping, and scaled delivery for a core audio-data factory area, partnering across Operations, Engineering, and Research. The role requires strong SQL, technical prototyping, product judgment, and operational execution in complex startup environments.

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of the Data Factory, from 0→1 prototypes through scaled production systems.
- Lead complex operational efforts and design workflows and automation that enable scale.
- Build initial versions using scripts, queries, dashboards, and prototypes, then partner with Engineering to implement them at scale.
- Translate customer-valued model capabilities into concrete workflows, requirements, and project plans.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Research to prioritize important problems and take new systems from idea to deployment.
- Use data to guide decisions, diagnose issues, and measure throughput, quality, and cost.
- Balance rapid prototyping with alignment when needed.
- Take accountability across product, operations, engineering, and customers to solve bottlenecks and ensure delivery.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or another technical/STEM field, or comparable work experience.
- 2–8 years of experience in product, operations, consulting, or startup environments.
- Direct experience as a product manager, technical program manager, founder, or technical operator accountable for outcomes.
- Highly proficient in SQL and able to develop lightweight prototypes end-to-end.
- Track record of building tools in operationally complex roles or taking messy business problems from data foundation through analysis to implementation.
- Systems thinker who can identify leverage points and design for scale and durability.
- Strong product intuition and ability to work with engineers and researchers.
- High-execution, fast, detail-oriented, and uncompromising on quality.
