Responsibilities
- Own the products you build, including shipping services that perform and scale.
- Shape the strategy and roadmap for key Benefits initiatives and articulate their business impact to product and engineering stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering to investigate and prioritize issues and bugs, while developing technical knowledge.
- Build expertise across the product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships through curiosity, empathy, and customer-centered partnership.
- Contribute to team problem-solving and support or facilitate team processes and ceremonies.
- Support broader product strategy and drive impact beyond core responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of product management experience in a modern technology business, or equivalent experience in software engineering, data science, or business analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems for team execution against business needs.
- Willingness to deeply understand the business model and pursue ongoing learning through interviews with coworkers, customers, and prospects.
- Deep user empathy and high standards for user experience.
- Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills using clear frameworks, storytelling, and first-principles reasoning.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage range: $131,000–$161,000 per year for the New York City office.
- Actual compensation depends on factors including skills, relevant experience, and work location.
- Compensation ranges may differ for positions based in other locations.
