Product Manager - Developer Tooling
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of developer tooling and platform products for autonomous vehicle applications. The role requires product management experience, technical software knowledge, successful product launches, and strong cross-functional and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Define platform products based on a deep understanding of markets, customer use cases, and time to market.
- Develop differentiated customer-focused value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to implement products, prioritize impactful deliverables, and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and realize business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing on customer pitches, engagement models, go-to-market positioning and strategy, and pricing throughout the sales process.
- Regularly interact with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management at a top technology company or high-growth startup.
- Experience successfully launching products, preferably involving both software and hardware.
- Strong technical background with understanding of or hands-on experience in software development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Ability to manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Ambitious personality with a drive to execute and win.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree from a top program developing strong technical knowledge for product management.
- Previous founder experience and the ability to quickly assess product-market fit.
- Exposure to hypergrowth at a startup from Series A to IPO.
- Prior experience developing products for automotive applications.
- Knowledge of embedded technology, including microprocessors, microcontrollers, peripherals, connectivity, or other hardware components.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,000–$252,000.
- Eligible compensation may include base salary, equity, and benefits.
- Benefits may include equity in the form of options or restricted stock units, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
