Responsibilities

  • Represent shippers, brokers, and carriers in product decisions for analytics and pricing capabilities.
  • Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify and validate product opportunities.
  • Own product features from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, focusing on market intelligence, pricing tools, and business performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Lead launches of analytics features, pricing tools, and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement, identifying opportunities to improve customer insights and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience, preferably with analytics, business intelligence, or pricing products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience building data-driven products with design and engineering teams.
  • Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly and build consensus across stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership in ambiguous environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology.
  • Understanding of supply and demand dynamics, market benchmarking, or competitive intelligence products.
  • Experience launching AI-powered analytics or predictive pricing features.
  • Understanding of technical systems, data architecture, and engineering trade-offs.
  • SQL experience and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • B2B SaaS product development experience, particularly for enterprise customers.

Compensation

  • Colorado salary range: $99,937–$135,122 plus target bonus.
