About the role
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling with precision and care, managing complex, high-volume calendars across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
Champion a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to close.
Build trust through clear, proactive communication with candidates, interviewers, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners across People/HR, EA team, Workplace, and Finance.
Partner closely with recruiting and hiring stakeholders to proactively solve scheduling challenges and keep hiring momentum high.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail across scheduling systems and recruiting tools, ensuring information is accurate and processes are executed flawlessly.
Track scheduling timelines and SLAs, surfacing trends and risks to recruiters and hiring managers to keep stakeholders informed.
Help elevate the team's coordination practices by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage AI and improve the candidate experience at scale.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems proactively.
Dependable, resourceful, and known for following through on commitments.
