Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize projects that make our payroll infrastructure more powerful and more resilient as we scale.
- Lead product execution with a bold, opinionated approach, pushing the boundaries of payroll solutions while addressing customer challenges with urgency.
- Engage with cross-functional experts from our business, engineering, and payroll operations teams to align on strategic goals.
- Connect directly with Check’s partners—software companies across diverse verticals—to understand their daily challenges and identify opportunities for scaling their payroll businesses.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap in partnership with engineering and operations, outlining actionable strategies to build the infrastructure our partners need to scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in technology companies serving enterprise businesses.
- Experience in complex domains with intricate regulatory and operational requirements.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional product initiatives that deliver significant business impact.
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
