Responsibilities
- Analyze business goals, market needs, and technical requirements to develop product roadmaps and key metrics for discounting features.
- Analyze redemption rates, ROI, and other metrics to optimize promotional performance.
- Plan and execute product research, usability studies, and functional experiments to identify improvements, forecast results, and inform product direction.
- Design self-service tools and scalable integrations that help business partners provide more customer offerings.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and marketing to launch promotional capabilities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the offered role or a related role.
- 2 years of product management experience overseeing roadmap strategy, product definition, end-to-end delivery, and tradeoff negotiation.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally to identify roadmap opportunities and software product improvements.
- 2 years of experience designing and developing large-scale software products in deeply technical domains.
- 2 years of experience developing metrics and KPIs to measure product performance.
- 2 years of experience executing and analyzing user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments.
- 2 years of experience using SQL or similar analytical tools to develop data-driven product recommendations.
- 2 years of experience working with APIs, microservices, and web application technologies.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $221,000–$245,000 USD, depending on permanent work location.
- Eligible for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
