Senior Product Manager
Senior product manager responsible for the end-to-end CoreUX experience, including home screen, navigation, discovery, design systems, and platform performance. The role requires 4+ years of consumer product management experience, strong analytical and product-design judgment, and fluency with AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own the home screen and core navigation experience, evolving it from a static, rule-based surface to an ML-orchestrated experience.
- Create feedback loops with community members and understand product issues and resolution paths across shared surfaces.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and results for the app experience, design system, and platform work.
- Define OKRs and stretch goals in support of company-wide goals such as wage access activation and design system adoption.
- Raise design quality and user experience by partnering with Design to enforce and evolve the design system.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts building home screen, navigation, and discovery surfaces.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze activation, design system adoption, trust rating, and platform performance metrics.
- Use user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-surface governance and member experience.
- Champion AI-native operations by building automated tooling and agents and using AI tools to accelerate work from insight through shipped experiments.
- Design, develop, and execute features and experiments in partnership with engineering across mobile and web platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at a consumer technology product company.
- Strong product and design sense demonstrated through shipping innovative products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions and improve metrics.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed decisions concerning platform performance and design system architecture.
- Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs.
- Ability to establish a rapid experimentation culture.
- Ability to influence and build alignment across product and cross-functional teams.
- Creative approach to solving complex problems.
- Fluency with AI tools for research synthesis, specification writing, prototyping, and data analysis.
Compensation & Benefits
- Mountain View base salary range: $229,000–$280,000, plus equity and benefits.
- Hybrid position requiring in-office work 2 days per week.
