Product Manager, Gen AI Platform
Own product strategy and execution for GenAI marketplace, data, or contributor products, partnering closely with engineering, data science, operations, and leadership. The role requires 4–10 years of product management experience, strong analytical and technical fluency, and the ability to scale products in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
- Set product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, data analysis, and business impact.
- Develop and execute data-driven roadmaps with senior leadership, engineering, operations, data science, analytics, and design.
- Translate customer and internal-user needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to define scope, refine technical capabilities, prioritize releases, and identify opportunities.
- Build instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to track product performance and generate insights.
- Establish business cases and projected ROI to prioritize opportunities.
- Partner with finance and business leaders to manage profitability and growth impact.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of Product Management experience in the technology industry, with scope appropriate to level.
- Strong business acumen and analytical rigor.
- Experience driving products in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into product strategies and work deeply with engineering and data science teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience building products from the ground up and scaling them.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative, engineering, or related discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML, data infrastructure, or marketplace businesses.
- Understanding of model training workflows, data labeling, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience with global payment systems, contributor or gig-economy platforms, or trust and safety.
- Experience at high-growth startups or scaling consumer or enterprise platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $240,000–$300,000 USD.
- Compensation may include equity and benefits.
