Responsibilities
- Own and deliver outsized results in a core product area or new 0→1 initiative, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Implement lightweight, stage-appropriate product practices, including bet reviews, PR/FAQs, and design critiques.
- Serve as a force multiplier for Product, Design, and Engineering by modeling strong judgment, execution, and standards.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on pilots, launches, packaging, pricing, and revenue-critical initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience directly owning entire product suites.
- Strong product judgment and customer empathy, with experience simplifying complex enterprise workflows.
- End-to-end product ownership and demonstrated 0→1 execution from discovery through launch and scale.
- Enterprise B2B startup experience with close Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing partnership.
- Operational excellence, including strong PRDs, decision frameworks, and metric fluency.
- Hands-on experience with applied LLMs and modern AI productization, including evaluations, retrieval/grounding, prompt-response workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Strong cross-functional influence, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High standards and a track record of mentoring and elevating product, design, and engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal technology or another complex, accuracy-sensitive industry such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
- Familiarity with the plaintiff litigation lifecycle and case workflows.
- Experience in a PM-light environment where engineers and designers own substantial parts of the product.
- Exposure to packaging and pricing experimentation in high-growth SaaS.
