Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes, multi-workstream technical programs with a material impact on customer success and scalability.
- Establish operating rigor, including cadences, metrics, and reviews, that can become a regional standard for other technical program managers.
- Lead high-visibility initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Resolve complex cross-functional misalignments that threaten project velocity.
- Manage change for large-scale digital transformations and ensure customer organizations are technically and culturally ready to adopt Lakehouse architecture.
- Document best practices and lead internal training sessions for the Professional Services organization.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs.
- Advanced technical fluency.
- Earn two Databricks Associate Certifications or one Professional-level Certification within six months of hire.
- Proven experience using AI-enabled tools to optimize program delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience managing projects with teams of up to five people and contract values exceeding $0.5M.
