Responsibilities
Financial Systems Administration & Governance
- Administer and enhance NetSuite, including configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and governance.
- Own relationships with finance technology vendors and implementation partners, including prioritization, oversight, testing, and delivery.
- Administer and support Zone Billing and related billing processes.
- Manage Workato middleware integrations and ensure reliable data flow across systems.
- Partner with system owners to maintain data integrity and alignment of reporting dimensions and measures.
- Maintain documentation, controls, and governance across the finance systems environment.
System Integration & Data Reliability
- Own integration strategy across ERP, billing, CPQ, legal repositories, and other operational platforms.
- Lead full-lifecycle system implementations and integration projects for Finance Operations initiatives.
- Ensure systems support billing, reporting, and revenue workflows.
- Monitor data flows and resolve integration failures, incomplete transfers, system gaps, and data-quality issues.
- Partner with stakeholders and service providers to resolve technical issues.
AI & Automation
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, agents, and intelligent automation solutions within Finance.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms to reduce manual work and improve process reliability.
- Evaluate finance processes for automation opportunities and prioritize solutions based on business impact.
- Demonstrate measurable results from AI and automation initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Engineering, and other stakeholders to redesign Finance processes.
- Translate business requirements into data, systems, and automation solutions.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control risks.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, operational risk, and organizational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance operations, or business systems roles.
- Hands-on ERP administration experience; NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, system-to-system data flows, and data-quality controls.
- Experience with integration and automation tools; Workato is preferred.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or intelligent automation solutions for real business processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
