Responsibilities
- Own the operating rhythm for routes to market, including roadmaps, OKRs and targets, planning, and business reviews such as forecast reviews, quarterly business reviews, and steering committees.
- Launch and manage complex, cross-functional programs end to end.
- Lead fiscal-year planning by translating strategy into goals, owners, and timelines.
- Own performance-lever workstreams, identifying growth opportunities, structuring analysis, and driving cross-functional action.
- Pilot AI-augmented approaches to program management and operations.
- Design reusable automation patterns and AI agents to scale capacity across Insights & Operations and other teams.
- Partner on company-wide and other high-impact cross-functional programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or go-to-market operations, consulting, program management, or product management, ideally in high-growth technology companies.
- Meaningful experience in one or more go-to-market disciplines, such as sales, marketing, partnerships, pricing and packaging, revenue analytics, or finance.
- Strong end-to-end program management skills for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience running operating mechanisms, including roadmaps, metrics, OKRs, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify insights, size opportunities, and inform senior decisions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ownership mindset and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Change leadership skills.
- Ability and willingness to integrate AI into workflows, documentation, systems, and decision-making.
Compensation
- Denver: $158,300–$195,237 per year.
- New York and San Francisco: $185,955–$229,345 per year.
- Full-time employees receive benefits and equity in addition to base pay.
