Marketing Manager, Advisor Strategy & Enablement

Designs and leads advisor growth systems including marketing playbooks, standards, and enablement programs to drive organic AUM growth. Leads recruiting calls and tracks KPIs; requires 5-8+ years in advisor/wealth management marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Design the advisor marketing foundation system, including standards, checklists, and templates for social media profiles, online presence, and local visibility
  • Build prescriptive, lifecycle- and persona-based advisor growth playbooks covering specific cadences, campaigns, and assets
  • Incorporate segment-specific positioning and sales materials (HNW, UHNW, institutional) into advisor playbooks and toolkits
  • Own advisor-facing enablement for these programs, including "train-the-trainer" sessions, office hours, and materials
  • Lead frequent advisor recruiting marketing calls (roughly one per business day) with prospective advisors
  • Establish and track a clear KPI framework for advisor-led organic growth, including AUM impact, adoption, and satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in advisor marketing, wealth management marketing, or closely related financial advisor growth roles
  • Proven ability to design and implement structured advisor growth programs or playbooks that drive measurable AUM growth
  • Strong facilitator and communicator comfortable leading advisor-facing trainings and prospect calls
  • Data-informed mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs for advisor marketing efforts
  • Familiarity with common advisor marketing tools and platforms (social networks, Google Business Profile, reviews platforms, HubSpot/marketing automation)
