- 영업팀과 협력하여 원활한 전환 및 온보딩 경험 보장
- 고객과의 관계를 적극적으로 구축하여 상호 신뢰 형성
- 기존 고객 계정의 성장 기회에 대한 전체 영업 주기 수행
- 고객이 Datadog 솔루션을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 자문
- 사용 추세를 모니터링하여 갱신 위험을 발견하고 채택률 향상
- 지원, 제품, 재무, 법무 등 내부 팀과 부서 간 협업
