Launch Trainer
Launch Trainer leads virtual and on-site onboarding for dental practices, teaches intraoral scanning and digital workflows, and provides post-launch coaching to drive adoption and successful ordering. The role requires clinical technology training experience, strong facilitation, customer communication, and organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead new dental practices through Dandy’s onboarding program and ensure key launch milestones are achieved.
- Deliver engaging virtual and on-site training tailored to each practice’s learning style and structure.
- Demonstrate intraoral scanning and digital dental workflow best practices through hands-on coaching.
- Provide post-launch coaching on scan quality, ordering workflows, feature adoption, and workflow refinement.
- Monitor early scan quality and give clear, constructive feedback to improve technique.
- Identify product-usage gaps and conduct targeted follow-up, including First Case Monitoring sessions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to improve the customer journey.
- Travel up to 20% for in-practice training and support.
Requirements
- Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment; iTero or TRIOS experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
- Excellent teaching and facilitation skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
- Clear, confident communication and strong virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first, empathetic, patient approach with the ability to build trust remotely.
- Strong organization, accountability, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple trainings and customer touchpoints.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to fast-paced environments, and use technology effectively.
- Persuasive and supportive coaching skills focused on encouraging behavior change and driving adoption.
Compensation
- Salary: $77,000–$85,500 annually.
