Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with dealership partners, including Dealer Principals and Service Managers.
- Deliver onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing training.
- Lead product implementations and communicate new features and updates.
- Align the software with dealership workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and help dealerships achieve their goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, including upsells and renewals.
- Encourage dealerships to refer new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the dealer experience.
- Monitor account health using HubSpot and proactively address challenges.
- Analyze dealership performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Report on key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Automotive dealership or automotive technology experience required.
- Experience in franchise dealership operations or selling integrated solutions to dealerships.
- Experience with account-risk mitigation or save motions preferred.
- Experience using CRM tools, especially HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect product features to dealership outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to negotiate win-win solutions and manage complex accounts.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel 75–100%, including overnight stays.
- Willingness to work extended hours and be on call as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$90,000.
- Variable compensation with $120,000 on-target earnings.
