Revenue Operations & AI Systems Manager
Build and own AI-powered revenue operations systems for sales, partnerships, CS, and finance workflows at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Translate ambiguous problems into automations, agents, forecasting, and metrics systems; requires hands-on AI building experience plus deep SaaS metrics and analytical background. Reports directly to CEO.
About the job
What You’ll Own
- Own revenue operations across sales, partnerships, customer success, and finance-facing GTM workflows.
- Build systems that help the revenue team operate faster and make better decisions, including agents, workflows, skills, and automations.
- Translate business problems into operational systems across forecasting, account prioritization, renewal tracking, pipeline risk, customer expansion, and sales execution.
- Partner with FP&A and accounting to connect revenue performance, bookings, ARR, retention, cash impact, and planning.
- Create lightweight processes that improve decision-making without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Focus on building systems that drive action, not reporting for reporting’s sake.
Who We’re Looking For
You are either:
- An operator with an insane work ethic who has experience building internal systems for GTM teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (building the systems yourself, not just buying/implementing tools).
- OR a former technical investment banker or management consultant with strong analytical horsepower and a technical background.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools, agents, workflows, GPTs, skills, and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, CAC, payback, and sales efficiency.
- Experience in RevOps, strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, business operations, or another highly analytical role.
- Comfort working through ambiguous business problems and turning them into working systems.
- High agency, low ego, and a builder mindset.
- Understand (or be highly motivated to learn) how modern AI systems work in practice: prompts, context management, memory, tool use, evals, handoffs, and workflow design.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building practical systems over configuring tools like Zapier (though tools like Zapier are used when useful).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000–$200,000/year, depending on experience, market location, and overall fit.
- Competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance, monthly office stipends, meaningful equity plan, benefits.
- Well-funded with long runway.
- Fast-moving flat org with hubs in SF and Vancouver.
