Responsibilities
Reporting and Workflows
- Own top-of-funnel lead routing, assignment, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management in HubSpot; partner with Business Systems on LeanData configuration.
- Establish rules of engagement and accurate attribution logic to map leads to the correct channel and measure channel ROI.
- Implement automations and workflows across the lead-to-customer lifecycle to improve revenue and pipeline hygiene.
- Identify and resolve funnel inefficiencies, including MQL/PQL-to-SQL handoff rules and SLAs, to improve speed-to-lead and conversion metrics.
- Partner with GTM Analytics and Business Systems on Salesforce data requirements for propensity models, ensuring fields, system data flows, and score delivery are usable in Salesforce.
- Improve lead management and nurture across marketing, partnerships, and representative-generated channels.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting for Marketing and Partnerships and forecast pipeline contribution by channel.
Marketing Operations
- Own end-to-end delivery of marketing workflows and campaigns, including building, launching, and post-launch verification.
- Manage HubSpot and Salesforce infrastructure, integrations, and field-mapping requirements.
- Standardize Salesforce campaign management and reporting for consistent tracking of marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Partner with Marketing to execute, measure, and scale multi-channel campaigns.
Partnerships Operations
- Own end-to-end delivery of partnership workflows and campaigns.
- Manage PartnerStack and Salesforce infrastructure, integrations, and field mappings.
- Analyze partner-level lead quality and conversion; collaborate on incentive experiments and track results.
- Monitor partner discount usage and flag misuse that could reduce average selling price.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar systems-focused role.
- Hands-on, end-to-end HubSpot administration experience.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes, including routing, scoring, enrichment, campaign tracking, conversion, and attribution.
- Fluency with Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, particularly for data hygiene, permissions, and workflow configuration.

Compensation and Benefits
- Expected base salary: $120,000–$152,000, depending on candidate location and experience.
