Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to establish goals, KPIs, and performance targets across teams and channels.
- Build and maintain performance reporting for teams, channels, and individual representatives; identify drivers of over- and underperformance.
- Lead weekly GTM performance reviews, assess pacing against targets, surface risks and opportunities, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Partner with FP&A on annual planning, including sales capacity, productivity, funnel assumptions, conversion rates, and financial targets.
- Support compensation planning, quota setting, attainment tracking, and incentive-plan effectiveness.
- Maintain reporting accuracy, consistent metric definitions, and data integrity across the GTM source of truth.
- Identify performance anomalies across Sales and Post-Sales and work with functional leaders on corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, conversion, deal velocity, volume, and GTM efficiency.
- Evaluate acquisition channels based on volume, customer quality, retention, CAC, and downstream economics.
- Optimize account targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Analyze pricing, monetization, fee structures, promotions, plan and package structures, and alternative pricing models.
- Inform channel investment and resource allocation using customer volume, quality, retention, and economics.
- Develop analytical frameworks for segmentation, targeting, acquisition, retention, expansion, and resource allocation.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through analysis, recommendation, implementation, and measurement.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership and present clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a similar analytical role partnering with Sales and Customer Success.
- Background in B2B SMB SaaS or marketplaces.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with connected systems such as HubSpot, Gong, and Outreach.
- Strong analytical, judgment, problem-solving, storytelling, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate data into specific, defensible, and operationally viable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, define scope, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits
- Expected base salary: $120,000–$152,000 USD annually, depending on candidate location and experience.
