Enterprise Account Executive, Okta
Drives net-new and expansion sales for Okta’s enterprise SaaS platform, engaging C-suite, business, and technical stakeholders through complex sales cycles. The role requires strong new-logo selling, partner ecosystem experience, technical aptitude, and expertise with structured sales methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Drive territory growth through net-new logos and expansion of existing Okta Platform customers.
- Generate top-of-funnel activity and net-new pipeline.
- Run sales cycles using a methodical, controlled MEDDPICC approach.
- Plan territories and maintain accurate forecasts with strong operational discipline.
- Engage business and technical audiences across customer organizations and tailor the value proposition.
- Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
- Use Okta partners to identify and open new opportunities.
- Build effective partnerships with SDRs, partners, pre-sales, and customer teams.
- Apply a value-based sales approach and present compelling points of view to customers.
- Travel as necessary to meet customers in person.
Requirements
- Demonstrable success selling complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Ability to educate and create demand with C-level decision-makers.
- Strong experience and passion for winning and growing new logos.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple customer and internal stakeholders.
- Experience selling alongside global system integrators and partner ecosystems.
- Technical aptitude and curiosity to learn.
- Expertise with a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler.

- United Kingdom on-target compensation: £164,000–£226,000 GBP annually, inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation.
