Enterprise Account Executive
Own the full enterprise sales cycle for AI and MarTech solutions in London, from prospecting through closing and account expansion. The role requires at least five years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience, strong customer relationships, and a record of exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Focus on a key industry or geography to deliver and exceed quarterly revenue and logo targets.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise, high-value MarTech and AI accounts, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
- Understand customer needs and pain points and position AI-driven MarTech solutions against business objectives.
- Lead customer discovery conversations covering priorities, use cases, and potential value.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop use-case and value roadmaps across workstreams and milestones.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and relationship manager across organizational levels.
- Use the product hands-on throughout the sales and post-sales process, maintaining a focus on value and customer success.
- Collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, and other functions.
- Represent the customer internally to support customer success and inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct B2B enterprise AI or MarTech sales experience.
- Experience in a rapidly evolving startup or growth-stage company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of AI or MarTech products, solutions, and challenges.
- Strong customer relationships in the relevant industry or geography, including customer references.
- Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding quarterly targets, with exceptional sales achievement or recognition such as Presidents Club.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving ability, self-direction, organization, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
