Corporate FP&A Analyst
Own corporate benefits and tax forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial planning while delivering executive-level analysis for Snowflake’s leadership and finance teams. Responsibilities
- Own employee benefits and taxes forecasting by analyzing monthly variances, collaborating with Accounting, updating forecasts, and reporting variances during monthly close meetings.
- Execute consolidated monthly reporting and planning processes, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analyses and related materials.
- Support preparation of finance slides for quarterly board presentations.
- Standardize and improve reporting processes in collaboration with Corporate Systems, including the use of AI tools for automation.
- Partner with the BI team to automate key forecasting processes using Snowflake’s internal platform and tools.
- Prepare monthly financial review packages, quarterly and full-year forecasts, and free cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for executives and deliver insights to the Executive Leadership Team, Investor Relations, Sales Finance, and Accounting teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or a related finance function.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate financial data into clear executive presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work rapidly and collaboratively in a semi-structured environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
