What You'll Do
- Embed with customers to map workflows, de-risk constraints, and define success metrics.
- Design, prototype, and productionize custom workflows: customize knowledge sources, retrieval pipelines, tool use/agents, prompts, and guardrails.
- Integrate workflows with client systems (DMS, KM, ticketing, identity/SSO) and data sources.
- Build and maintain evals & harnesses for real-world quality, wiring into iteration loops.
- Operationalize adoption: run training, write runbooks, and create playbooks for scaling.
- Surface field patterns to inform platform capabilities and product bets.
What You Have
- 5+ years building and operating production software with 0→1 ownership under ambiguity.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications (retrieval, tools/agents, structured outputs, prompt safety) to production.
- Comfort working directly with customers from scoping to shipping and iterating.
- Practical experience with evals (task suites, pipelines, dashboards) to drive decisions.
- Clear communication, low-ego collaboration, appetite for in-person pairing.
Compensation Range
$200,000-$260,000 USD
