About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create clear product messaging to ensure consistent communication about products and make complex features easy to understand for different audiences.
  • Help shape product development by partnering with the Product team to prioritize features and determine market positioning.
  • Launch products in ways that generate market impact and attention.
  • Develop buyer insights.
  • Enable sales teams by creating training programs, sales assets, and enablement materials to improve conversations and close more deals.
  • Drive customer expansion by helping existing customers increase usage and investment in Broccoli.
  • Build customer advocacy.
  • Build scalable systems and repeatable processes for product launches and releases.
  • Keep Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams aligned on launches and rationale.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of product marketing experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Success leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and GTM.
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Deep experience partnering with Product teams on messaging, positioning, and bringing products to market alongside Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Revenue-focused mindset with strong understanding of customer buying processes, sales processes, revenue expansion, and ability to diagnose and optimize a revenue funnel.
  • Proven track record as a trusted partner to GTM leaders in building revenue foundations and driving growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks and ideas through written and visual presentations.
  • Creative problem solving to drive business outcomes through first principles thinking and creative solutions.
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at navigating fast-moving, early-stage environments.
  • Experimentation mindset to utilize AI tools to optimize and scale Product Marketing workflows.
