Primary Responsibilities
Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners
Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting and effectively calling cold leads
Efficiently manage and follow up on warm inbound leads
Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research
Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow-through
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success
