Primary Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting and effectively calling cold leads
  • Efficiently manage and follow up on warm inbound leads
  • Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow-through
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success
