Responsibilities
- Own high-priority cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and execution through rollout and iteration
- Work directly with leadership to identify bottlenecks, operational gaps, and opportunities across the business
- Build systems, processes, and internal tooling that help Paradigm scale efficiently
- Support strategic initiatives across product, operations, enterprise deployments, growth, partnerships, recruiting, and finance as needed
- Pull, analyze, and operationalize data to drive decision-making and improve execution
- Build strong relationships across the organization and become a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical teams
- Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments where priorities shift quickly and context changes often
- Step into whatever work is most important to the company, even when it falls outside a formal job description
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, product operations, or a high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and execute effectively with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- High comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and fast-moving environments
- Track record of exceptional performance and high ownership in previous roles
- Strong operational instincts and willingness to dive into details when necessary
Nice-to-haves
- Worked as an early employee at a startup and operated far beyond your formal role
- Experience as a Chief of Staff, BizOps lead, founder associate, or strategic operator at a scaling company
- Technical background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics
- Enjoy solving ambiguous operational problems that don't have predefined answers
- Thrive in environments where priorities change frequently and the pace is intense
- Equally comfortable in spreadsheets, product discussions, customer conversations, and executive meetings
