Business Operations Manager, Partnerships

Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with product, campaign strategy, and data teams to execute existing partner programs.
- Ensure follow-through on operational cadences and action items from partner conversations and internal syncs.
- Own recurring performance reporting and dashboards, including pacing and audience-level analysis.
- Build first-draft financial models, pacing scenarios, future-quarter projections, and QBR materials for leadership review.
- Facilitate campaign operations, QA, documentation, launch tracking, and click-tracker migrations.
- Maintain operational playbooks that support syndication across partners.
- Support new partner accounts alongside account owners, including advertiser-side coordination.
- Surface new partnership opportunities and route them to leadership for evaluation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of business operations experience, ideally in partnerships, commerce media, or performance marketing.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution while managing competing deadlines.
- Strong documentation skills and a process-oriented approach.
- Experience building financial models and pacing dashboards.
- Experience facilitating campaign operations or QA workflows, including launch tracking and tracker migrations.
Compensation
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus competitive bonus.
