Build and deploy full-stack customer solutions directly with healthcare clinics, translating workflows into technical specifications and production implementations. The role requires strong communication, client-facing comfort, and demonstrated engineering ability through a portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with clients to understand workflows, constraints, and goals.
  • Ask clarifying questions and translate vague requests into buildable requirements.
  • Translate client needs into technical specifications and implement solutions end to end.
  • Build customer-facing solutions across the stack using modern libraries and frameworks.
  • Deploy, support, and iterate on solutions in live client environments.
  • Feed recurring patterns from client work back into the core product.
  • Represent the company credibly in technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or strong demonstrated evidence of engineering ability.
  • A portfolio demonstrating impressive engineering work; a link is required with the application.
  • Full-stack capability beyond JavaScript and TypeScript, including experience with higher-level software libraries.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing settings.
  • Ability to independently understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Fast learner comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LiveKit, Twilio, or the OpenAI API.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated environment.
