About the role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Own a portfolio of Dandy’s largest, most complex customers (multi-location groups and enterprise accounts).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across your book of business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment between Dandy’s offerings and customer goals.

Commercial Growth

  • Identify and execute on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across locations and departments.
  • Partner with enterprise procurement, operations, and finance teams to negotiate renewals and new commercial terms.
  • Lead conversations around scaling scanner deployments, doctor activations, and adoption of new Dandy products and services.

Customer Relationship Leadership

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at top accounts.
  • Deliver strategic business reviews, performance insights, and partnership roadmaps to demonstrate ROI and strengthen collaboration.
  • Anticipate customer needs and lead proactive initiatives to prevent churn and accelerate growth.

Clinical & Operational Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of dental group operations, digital workflows, and the evolving competitive landscape.
  • Speak fluently in the language of clinicians and business operators to offer credible, tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Dandy’s product and clinical teams to provide feedback that drives innovation and customer success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Support, Training, and Product to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and scaling.
  • Contribute insights from enterprise accounts to influence product roadmap and operational improvements.
  • Continuously experiment with engagement strategies, value frameworks, and communication approaches to enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare technology industry.
  • Proven success managing and growing large, complex, multi-location customer accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving upsells, cross-sells, and renewals in enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly motivated, performance-oriented, and passionate about improving the customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel for key customer meetings, industry events, and company offsites.
