About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build pipeline through high-quality outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls, listening to customer problems before pitching.
  • Write customized business cases and pitch collateral, supported by sales leader, sales engineer, and product team.
  • Identify value areas, map to pain points, influence budget, navigate procurement.
  • Close seven-figure enterprise deals with owners and general contractors.
  • Win new logos and expand existing customers by aligning to strategic goals.
  • Run disciplined discovery with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales engineering, product, and customer teams.
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat deployments and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a software sales executive in high-velocity selling.
  • Demonstrable achievement and consistency in meeting/exceeding quota.
  • Track record of high win/loss ratio through early disqualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions.
