About the role

Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation (40%)

  • Work warm inbound leads from companies requesting evaluation for our seal
  • Identify and prospect target accounts in education, healthcare SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or other verticals
  • Use intent signals: RFPs with privacy requirements, recently funded companies, vendors facing buyer questions
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and conferences
  • Run discovery calls to qualify fit

Deal Management (50%)

  • Run demos of evaluation process and seal benefits
  • Navigate stakeholders: product, legal, compliance, marketing, sales leadership
  • Position seal as competitive differentiation
  • Handle objections on timing, cost, ROI
  • Structure deals: evaluations, monitoring, multi-product assessments
  • Coordinate with delivery team

Market Development (10%)

  • Refine seal positioning in new verticals
  • Identify industry patterns and buying triggers
  • Share market insights with leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record hitting/exceeding quota ($750K-$1.5M annually)
  • Experience selling $25K-$100K deals
  • Selling across multiple industries
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and sales engagement tools
  • Strong discovery skills
  • Effective demo and presentation skills
  • Ability to position credentials/trust signals as advantage
  • Self-motivated pipeline management
