Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand hotel partner relationships within the assigned territory, exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with partners, providing timely service and in-person support as needed.
- Develop strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of hotels in the region.
- Prospect, acquire, and onboard high-quality hotel supply.
- Educate clients about product updates and communicate product and public policy feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Use data to identify strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and implement localized engagement projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams.
- Monitor local market trends and inform internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Airbnb in hotel meetings and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
- Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and book of business.
- Strong quantitative and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person settings.
- Self-starter with strong resourcefulness, independence, time management, and prioritization skills.
- High proficiency with CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and core objects; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Based in Paris and willing to travel internationally every 4–6 weeks.
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.

Compensation
- Annual base pay range: €61,000–€72,000 EUR.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
