Senior Director, Corporate Development

Leads Thyme Care’s inorganic growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Lead Thyme Care’s inorganic growth agenda, with a primary focus on acquisitions and investments.
  • Translate company priorities into actionable growth theses and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end evaluation of strategic opportunities, including financial modeling, diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Drive acquisitions and investments from initial evaluation through close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial sponsors, banks, and strategic counterparties.
  • Translate complex transaction structures into clear recommendations for executive leadership and the board.
  • Own analysis of complex deal mechanics and prepare board-ready materials.
  • Build processes and infrastructure for a disciplined, scalable corporate development function.
  • Coordinate diligence workstreams and cross-functional input across Finance, Legal, Product, Clinical, Operations, Growth, and Data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, management consulting, and/or strategic finance.
  • Meaningful experience evaluating or executing acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or other complex transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Experience developing investment theses, market maps, competitive landscapes, target screens, or strategic recommendations for senior executives.
  • High ownership and the ability to drive multiple opportunities in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in the health tech market and strategic partnerships is highly valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $199,750–$235,000.
  • Bonus eligible.
  • Total compensation includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities.
