Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of prospective healthcare data partners across modalities and market segments.
- Map data holders, strategic contacts, channel partners, brokers, and other sourcing paths.
- Develop partner segmentation and prioritization frameworks.
- Monitor healthcare data-market trends, competitors, funding activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prospect through outbound email, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, conferences, and events.
- Conduct discovery conversations covering dataset quality, modality fit, licensing, commercial flexibility, and scalability.
- Evaluate opportunities for data relevance, operational readiness, partner sophistication, and valuation potential.
- Create concise handoff briefs for qualified partnership opportunities.
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene and manage sourcing dashboards, conversion metrics, and funnel reporting.
- Develop category briefs, market maps, one-pagers, and related partnership collateral.
- Monitor inbound partner interest and collaborate with Marketing to improve conversion and channel performance.
- Feed market insights into healthcare partnership strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, market development, or outbound sourcing in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong research, prospecting, qualification, and synthesis skills.
- Ability to communicate credibly with external stakeholders about data assets, commercialization opportunities, and strategic fit.
- Highly organized, metrics-oriented, and disciplined in pipeline management and follow-through.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and marketing stakeholders.
