Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and sales pipeline.
- Lead the sales development team, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance for inbound and outbound teams to ensure quotas are achieved.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing to report on lead volume, pipeline, conversions, and opportunities generated by marketing campaign.
- Monitor performance metrics against goals and proactively resolve issues.
Requirements
- Direct management experience with SDR or BDR teams, preferably in a growth-stage company.
- Previous quota-achieving BDR experience.
- Metrics-driven approach to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Strong executive presence, confidentiality, and business ethics.
- Expertise with Salesforce and sales productivity tools such as Outreach and Gong.
- Proven ability to hire and train sales representatives.
- Growth mindset and ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving sales and product roadmaps.
