Serve as authority and power user on marketing automation platform.
Leverage Salesforce CRM data for audience segmentation and manage communications.
Execute acquisition campaigns, customer retention journeys, thought leadership, and product education.
Drive brand awareness across touchpoints.
Handle list generation, tracking, email templates, customized emails, landing pages, and omni-channel campaigns.
Structure, populate, and report on marketing automation dashboard with insights and recommendations.

Analyze, measure, and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
Own workflows for lead qualification, scoring, routing, assignment, drip campaigns, and triggers.

Manage email campaign structure, segmentation, testing, deployment, and improvements.
Maintain integrations with CRMs and website platforms.

Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing communications.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience establishing A/B and multivariate tests, evaluating performance.
Ability to follow brand guidelines.
