Senior Backend Engineer builds and ships experiments for monetization, personalization, and host experiences on Clubhouse, evolves backend systems with a platform mindset, and collaborates cross-functionally. Requires 4-5 years experience in Python/Java and databases like PostgreSQL/DynamoDB.
