Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will partner directly with the CEO to improve product operations, establish company metrics, accelerate execution with AI, and lead high-impact strategic projects. The role requires 7–10+ years in operational or strategic work, strong product experience, quantitative ability, and exceptional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the product operating system, including scope, specifications, execution, and PM-owned metrics.
  • Partner with the CEO, product managers, and data leadership to identify the product and business levers with the greatest impact.
  • Build and maintain the company’s source of truth for metrics and operating performance.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate company operations and product development through AI implementation.
  • Serve as a force multiplier for the CEO by preparing leadership agendas, guiding discussions, triaging roadmaps and escalations, and driving execution.
  • Own team meeting materials, roadmap documentation, and other alignment mechanisms.
  • Lead high-impact special projects and independently deliver strategic analyses, models, prototypes, and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, product operations, business operations, consulting, or other high-accountability operational or strategic roles.
  • Experience operating within a product organization and understanding how products are scoped, built, measured, and shipped.
  • Experience creating dashboards, roadmaps, operating systems, and processes from scratch.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to validate metrics, analyze data directly, and identify business levers.
  • Ability to operate strategically while also resolving detailed operational issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent an executive’s voice and vision.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building, judgment, composure, and execution skills.
  • High ownership, urgency, adaptability, and comfort leading without a template.
  • Interest in learning how to operate and eventually lead a high-growth company.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI enablement or implementation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $230,000–$270,000.
  • 100% remote work.
